We manufacture Flexible Packaging Materials, printed by Rotogravure process with designs of high graphic content, from high resolution electronic engraved printing cylinders.
The materials can be supplied in rolls or preformed pouches based on high barrier laminates of various film structures comprising of PET, BOPP, CPP, Co-extruded multilayer poly of LDPE, LLDPE, & HDPE blends in plain or metallised form, Aluminium Foil etc. for primary packaging of products in solid, powder or liquid form.
The laminates are cost effective and yet with high quality for customized end use. Specialized structures include high barriers with nitrogen gas flushing / filling, for high-speed packing on Form, Fill, Sealing lines etc. |

The company has all in house facilities for printing / lamination / slitting and pouch making with appropriate technology and sophistication such as automatic print register controller with web video system, auto web tension control, auto web guiding systems etc., to meet high quality requirements.

The preformed pouches can be custom designed for various consumer pack sizes in centre, 3 sides sealed, standup with zipper, re-closable or re-usable configuration. The large pouches can be provided with ‘D' punch, eyelet and thread etc. for ease of handling.
Victory has robust Quality Management System in place with experienced quality assurance personnel. To augment the system and ensure consistency, the company is implementing QMS for ISO 9001:2000 Certification. |
